Lauren M. Stenroos

Lauren has served as Jeff’s Administrative Assistant since 2021. She works behind the scenes in the areas of data base management, communications, and other practice management tasks. Lauren earned her first paycheck from Integrated Capital Planning in 1996!

A graduate of Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA, with dual majors in Dance and Music Composition, Lauren pursues a career as a professional ballet dancer, presently dancing with Cleveland Ballet, the resident ballet company of Playhouse Square. She is also a highly regarded ballet and fitness instructor in Northeast Ohio.

Lauren’s experiences as a dancer and musician contribute to her highly focused and efficient skills which are a real asset to the company.

Along with the right-brain aspects of her involvement in the arts, Lauren is also gifted in areas of math and logic. She actually prepares her own tax return every year. She has also consulted with local arts organizations regarding operational improvements to better equip them to fulfill their missions.
